The Group was established by Attorney at Law\ Mohammad Naser Al Hayyani.
The founder's experience includes without limitation working in the oil sector in the State of Kuwait where he assumed many senior administrative, executive and legal senior positions that allowed him to acquire vast experiences and in-depth knowledge in commercial contracts, commercial and oil agencies. He has also been involved in other fields including security, transport of precious materials, sea freight, finance, consultancy, asset management, agricultural development, real estate and housing development to in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria, Russia, Iraq and other Asian countries.
The founder has a track record in international negotiations, finance operations, consultancies, asset management, commercial, industrial and service restructuring.

We are capable of rendering many of arbitration services such as drafting arbitration documents and clause, pleading and advocacy in arbitration cases, and challenging the decisions of the arbitrators, implementation of arbitration awards, and nomination of expert arbitrators in the disputed areas.
The legal team is well-versed in the preparation of articles and memorandums of association for the establishment of companies and its statue and bylaws necessary for the establishment of investment portfolios and investment funds, restructuring and legal entity arrangements to take all legal steps to increase or decrease the companies’ capital, and any amendments to the companies articles and memorandums of association and investment fund and the preparation and review of local and international franchise agency agreements and distribution agreements.
The Group comprises two divisions: the local division and the international division. The local division has two departments: the first is concerned with Litigation, legal consultations, companies’ establishment, international agreements and intellectual property while the second department is concerned with implementation and collection of third party funds. The international department provides all the above services in English language to foreign clients and follows up the cases of local and regional clients in foreign jurisdictions.
